Please read our Return Policy in full before filling out this form.

Please fill out the following information in regards to the item(s) that you are wanting to return. Once this form has been submitted, our customer care department will review your request. If the item(s) are returnable you will be sent an RGA# and instructions for making the return. If the item was special order or falls under a category that may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee you will also be notified. Freight and means of returning item(s) will be at the cost of the client unless it was an error on the part of Rex Power Magnetics then return shipping instructions will also be provided with the RGA#. ONLY items that are submitted for RGA# will be accepted for return. Any additional items will not be credited.
